Aerol Galvasil Spray, Grades 3070 & 3060Aerol® Galvasil Spray is a Zinc rich, cold galvanizing coating that provides corrosion protection to ferrous metal surfaces. Method of useEnsure substrate is free from loose rust, scale, grease, oil, water/ moisture and dirt. Shake can well till you hear the agitator ball moving freely inside the can. DO NOT SPRAY WITHOUT SHAKING THE CAN as the dense zinc powder may clog the valve. Apply directly to metal or galvanize substrate. Apply from a suitable distance in light sweeping strokes. Before setting aside the can to rest for short or long intervals, invert the can and spray a few short bursts to keep the valve clear and free from clogging.Precautions during storage and useStore in a cool and dry place, below 50°C. The Cans should be used with in twelve months from date of manufacture. The contents are highly flammable and these cans should be kept away from sources of heat and ignition. Do not spray on flame or ignited materials. The Cans are pressurized and should not be punctured, incinerated or exposed to severe damage. This may cause the can to burst violently.Use in a well-ventilated area and avoid inhalation, eye or skin contact.
