PRODUCT : FEVICOL FOAMFIX FOR INFORMATION ONLY DESCRIPTION: FEVICOL FOAMFIX is a synthetic rubber based solvent containing contact adhesive specially designed for Upholstery segments. It exhibits immediate bond strength and has good resistance to water and aging. This adhesive can be applied by brush, applicator/finger. APPLICATION AREA: FEVICOL FOAMFIX is used in Upholstery to bond variety of substrates like U -Foam/Rubber Foam to U-Foam, Rexine to Foam, Wood/Plywood to U-Foam, Coir to U-Foam etc. it is specially used for making superior quality sofa, chair, mattresses etc.

Drum, 5lits, 2lits,1lits & 500ml tinAPPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS :  Surface to be bonded should be clean, dry and free from oil/grease stains.      Stir the adhesive before application.  Apply FEVICOL FOAMFIX on both the surfaces. Non-porous surfaces to be applied first & then the porous surfaces.  Once the adhesive becomes dry, press both the surfaces together, ensuring uniform contact.  Final bond is achieved in 24hrs. Special features :  Free from Benzene- Non-hazardous to health.  Soft on Foam, keeps Foam shape intact.  Faster bonding.  Excellent spreadability.  Mild smell.  Economical; in long run.SAFETY PRECAUTIONS : Keep the adhesive container closed when not in use. The adhesive is highly flammable hence smoking and naked-flame must be avoided in the working area. Store the adhesive in a cool (<25°C ) area . Proper ventilation must be provided on the shop-floor. SHELF LIFE : Shelf life is 18 months from the date of manufacturing if stored in original and unopened packaging in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight NOTE : A detailed MSDS is available on request.
