It is fitted with a plastic adapter head for use with a foam application gun or a plastic applicator. The foam will expand and cure by moisture in the air. It is used for a wide range of building applications. It is very good for filling and sealing with excellent mounting capacities, high thermal and acoustical insulation.
PRODUCT FEATURES Good adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces such as UPVC, masonry, brick, block work, glass, steel, aluminum, timber and other substrates (except PP, PE and Teflon); Good filling capacities; Application temperature is between + 5℃ to +35℃; Optimal application temperature is between +18℃ to +25℃; It contains CFC-free propellants which are harmless to the ozone layer.
APPLICATIONS AREAS Installing, fixing and insulating of door and window frames; Filling and sealing of gaps, joint, openings and cavities; Connecting of insulation materials and roof construction; Bonding and mounting; Insulating the electrical outlets and water pipes; Heat preservation, cold and sound insulation; Packaging purpose, wrap the precious & fragile commodity, shake-proof and anti-pressure.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS Shake the aerosol can for at least 40 seconds; Clean and moisten surfaces with a water sprayer prior to application; Fit the gun or straw on the adapter; Firmly screw the can on the adapter and turn the flow adjustment screw; Fill the holes and cavities. Bottom up during application; Foam will be tack-free in about 10 minutes; Excess can be trimmed in about one hour; Fresh foam can be removed using Homey Foam cleaner or acetone. USPRO Foam is an one component polyurethane foam (OCF) used primarily to seal, fill, fix & adhere the gap between door, window & wall. They are water proof,  CFC free, environment protective & are flame retardant.OCF is the outcome of the combionation of aerosol technique & polyurethane foam technique. TYPICAL PROPERTIES Flame retardancy: B3 GRADE  Density: 15-30kg/m3  Temperature resistance of cured foam : -35de.c to +80deg.c.  Tack free time: 9-13min  Cutting time: 60min  Yield per 100 ml: 6liters  Method of application  - All surfaces should be clean from oil, greases, loose particles and dust.  Dry surfaces should be well sprayed or dampened  with water. - Shake can vigorously for one minute before use. - Screw plastic  straw on can firmly, aim straw at gap then spray. - When spray please pay attention to the speed. Fill vertical joints from the bottom up when half filled enough. - When fill gaps in ceiling, uncured foam may drop because of gravity, please support properly after filling until foam cure and adhere to the gap. - Foam is tack free after about 10 minutes, can be cutted after 60 minutes - Cured foam will turn yellow by direct exposure to UV rays, so painting or coating is recommended. 
Use a knife to smooth the cured foam and treat surface with cement, paint or silicone  Advantages   - Make use of convenience : No special training required easy to use like DIY. - Automatism spray : needless  pouring, pressure in cans can put material into gap. - Automatism expands:OCF can expand by itself and fill in every gap - Humidity cure : No need of  cure assistant, it can be cured by humidity in air - Automatism felt : No pretreatment required  for surface, it has good viscosity (especially wet surface)  Area of application  -Door and window installation : seal, fill, fix and adhere the gap between door, window and wall. -Advertisement model : making of model, sand plate, repair of show board. -Sound insulation and absorption : insulate and absorb sound as a sealant in speech room and broadcast studio. -Daily maintenance : repair the hole, gap, wall brick, earth brick -Water proof and block leakage : mend the hole of water pipe and cloaca. -Packing and transportation :pack valuable and fragile goods easily, time saving, quick, shock and press resistance. PRECAUTIONS • The container should be capped immediately after use to avoid exposure to atmosphere. SHELF LIFE Storage life: 9months when stored at 20from date of manufacturing in factory sealed container. PACKING • In plastic cartridge of 750ml.  STORAGE Store in cool & dark shaded place away from the sunlight in tightly closed condition. There is pressure of 5-6kg/sqcm(25deg.c), hence to ensure that temperature won’t exceed 50deg.c during storage & transportation to avoid explosion.

Akfix 805 is a single-component, moisture-curing and self-expanding aerosol polyurethane foam. It is designed for easy dispensing through the straw adapter included with each can. It does not contain any propellant gases that are harmful to the ozone layer.
Excellent adhesion & filling capacity and high thermal & acoustical insulation value.

Adheres to almost all building materials with the exception of surfaces such as polyethylene, Teflon, silicone and surfaces contaminated with oils and greases, mold release agents and similar materials.
