Cut the stick perpendicular to the axis and mix thoroughly with both hands by rolling between two palms until a uniform dark grey colour is attained. It takes about 1-2 minutes to get a uniform mix for 50g of putty.As soon as M-SEAL STEEL PUTTY is mixed, the chemical reaction startsimmediately and it is advisable to start application on clean substrate as soon as mixing is over. The job should be completed wellwithin the usable life (spreading of matrix is easy in the first 5-10 minutes) of mix to get optimumResults.The compound will set in 1 hours to an extent, depending on the ambient room temperature. Atlow temperatures the curing process is prolonged and similarly at elevated temperatures the processingis reduced.Don’t mix the product for long time in the hand and apply on the substrate immediately thereafter.

Take equal quantity of Resin and Hardener and mix thoroughly with both hands by rolling between two palms until a uniform dark grey colour is attained. It takes about 1-2 minutes to get a uniform mix for 50g of putty.

SURFACE PREPERATION:
The surface should be free from dust, rust, oil, paints, varnish, moisture etc. every paper or grinder can
be used to abrade the surface for better binding. Acetone, petrol can be used to free the surface from oil,
grease.
