These systems aretailor made to bond similar and dissimilar materials such as metal, ceramic, wood, leather, rubber, marble, glassetc. Bondtite remains unaffected to mild alkalies and acids etc, it is non toxic and electricaly insulatingAdhesive.DIRECTION FOR USE:The surface to be bonded should be degreased, cleaned roughened and moisture free. The resin and hardener aremixed in the prescribed quantities on a plate with the help of a spatula. A thin film of the mix is applied on thesurface to be bonded. The surfaces should be held together until the joints sets. FEVICOL FLOORFIX VT FEVICOL FLOORFIX VT is water based eco friendly synthetic resin adhesive, specially developed for flooring applications. It is a Green product suitable for residential & industrial projects that are Green Certified. The Product is easily applied at room temperature, has excellent spreadability and does not emit any toxic and harmful fumes. The product is suitable for different substrates used for flooring requirements. Clean the Floor to be bonded so that they are free from Dust/Rust/oil /moisture etc. Remove loose weak concrete. Grind the concrete floor surface to have leveled floor. 2. Level the floor with Leveling compound specified, depending on application requirements & allows to cure as per recommendations. 3. Apply the Fevicol FloorFix VT by plane spreader or with notch in uniform layer only on concrete or Mosaic tile floor & not on PVC /Rubber substrates. Thicker the Roll/Tile, use notch spreader. 4. Allow the open time of approx.15- 20 minutes for Concrete and 30-35 min for Mosaic Tile Floor depending on ambient conditions to develop tack of FloorFix adhesive. Colour of FloorFix will turn from White to pale yellow. 5. Lay PVC roll or VCT Tile slowly from one side to other on floor where FloorFix has been applied. 6. Press it uniformly by hand pressure& roller taking care that no air pockets are formed. 7.
