Polyfix WPC adhesive gives durability, instant pasting & high strength. This adhesive is easy to handle, gives the best results, takes less time to paste & ensures durability. With this adhesive, the work can be done in much less time with much less labour, without any compromise in quality.
It is ideal for applications where controlling adhesive flow is crucial as it does not run or drip. Polyfix super PVC bonding adhesive differs from other glues as it works within minutes without the use of any clamping or nailing. After application, the contact pressure of 10-15 minutes gives a reasonably good amount of pasting & final strength can be attained in 24 hours.

How to Use:

• • Clean both the surfaces to be bonded with a dry cloth
  • Make sure to apply the adhesive on a single surface only
  • Apply pressure on the bonded surface for 10-15 minutes to attain initial bonding

  • Note: Storage should be done below 20°C & away from direct sunlight to ensure full shelf-life. Excellent heat & water-resistant properties.

    Caution:

    • • Do not keep the lid open after use
      • Do not let it come in contact with the skin or other parts of the body
      • In case of body contact, flush with water
      • Seek medical attention if any eye or internal contact occurs

It is felt that good finish, using these materials requires special equipment like edge banding machines, as regular white adhesives / rubber adhesives do not work well.

• The basic steps are similar to standard Fevicol applications. Apply masking tape on the edges & keep the bonded substrates under pressure for 2-3 hrs before starting cutting/ finishing work.

PVC Edge Banding (Single side Application):

• Apply glue on one edge surface of the Plywood / MDF / Particle Board and spread the glue uniformly on the edge with the help of spreader / knife / spatula
• Join PVC & apply pressure uniformly to ensure excess glue oozing out from the joint portion. Remove softly and carefully using cloth/ cotton
• Press the edge band joint for 2 – 5 minutes under manual hand pressure. Use masking tape to hold the joint firmly. The bond strength is obtained within 4-6 hrs. Full strength will be developed after 24 Hrs. at room temp
• For faster work within 1 Hr, wrap the edge with thick cotton cloth and apply heat using Iron for 1 minutes and repeat the steps for four to five times

KARIGAR AQUA + is water based, self cross-linking, heat curable and water
resistant specially modified polyvinyl acetate emulsion, designed for bonding
wood /ply to laminate. This is specially recommended for post-forming and hot
press application.
