The product provides elastomeric seal from -50??? to 160??? without hardening, cracking or becoming brittle under normal weather conditions. It is unaffected by sunlight, rain, ozone and snow and exhibits excellent unprimed adhesion to most common building components with excellent weatherability. RESIBOND: 7010 Resibond 7010 is Red colored one part neutral cure silicone which cures to a tough rubbery solid when exposed to moisture in the air. Excellent resistance to weathering, UV light, moisture, ozone, vibration & extreme temperature. Long life reliability cured sealant stays rubbery from -35 to 310ºC without tearing, cracking, drying out or becoming brittle. All temperature Gunnability can be applied in any season. Resibond 7010 will not flow under its own weight. It can therefore be applied overhead or on vertical joints and surfaces without slumming, sagging or running out. Resibond 7010 sealant can be used for sealing terminals of heating element, oven door, gasketing, incubator, sterlising tank sealing, gasketing application where high resistance is the main requirement. Resibond 7010 sealant provides an excellent anti-corrosion barrier between dissimilar metals such as aluminum and steel where electrolytic corrosion can be severe problem, Excellent sealant for making engine head gasket to prevent leakage of oil even at higher temperature (310ºC). 1. Surface must be clean, dry & free from grease and detergents. 2. Mask adjacent surfaces for neat application. 3. Cut tip of cartridge, cut nozzle to desired size at 45 º angles, attach to cartridge, and place in caulking gun. 4. Apply sealant in continuous, steady flow. Push sealant ahead of nozzle contacting both sides of joint so it is completely filled. 5. Smooth sealant surface immediately after application before skin forms. Use spatula dipped in mild detergent. Remove masking tape before sealant skins. 6. Excess uncured sealant should be removed immediately with clean cloth damped in mineral turpentine. 7. When sealing a metal lap joint, apply sealant to one surface in a continuous bead through the line of intended fasteners and fasten immediately, if no fasteners are to be used ensure sufficient sealant is used and joint supported while sealant cures. Surface Preparation:The surfaces to be treated should be perfectly clean,dry and free from dust, oil and grease. It is necessary toapply Soudal Universal Cleaner 165 on glass.The adhesion on normal vehicle varnishes generallydoes not require the use of Soudal Universal Primer175. It is advisable to carry out preliminary adhesiontests on the support. Specific guidance regarding theuse of Primers may be obtained by submittingsubstrate samples to our laboratory.

The shelf life of all given isunderstood to be 12 months from the date ofmanufacturing if kept in the temperature from 5°C to35°C.In the specific case of India, since practically thetemperature rises up to 45°C to 50°C, the sealant canstill be used, due to extreme heat or humidity, the skinformation time of the same may be little faster in thosespecific conditions, yet the sealant can still be usedwith effectiveness.

Vegaquick is a general-purpose low viscosity, ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive which is suitable for the flex board industry for bonding flex to metal or other substrates.It is recommended for bonding flex to metal or wooden surface. It is also used by industries like auto assembly shops, electronic goods repairer / manufacturer, auto mechanics & at home for general bonding applications. It bonds instantly to most plastics, rubber, ceramic, metal like non porous substrates & porous substrates like wood, leather etc. It will not bond PTFE, nylon, polypropylene etc.

• Make sure the surfaces to be bonded are clean and dry.

• Dispense a drop or drops to one surface only. Apply only enough to leave a thin film after compression.

• Press parts together and hold firmly for a few seconds. Good contact is essential. An adequate bond develops in less than one minute.

• Wipe off excess adhesive from the top of the nozzle and recap if left uncapped, may deteriorate by contamination from moisture in the air.

• Because Vegaquick condenses by polymerization, sometimes whitening will occur on the surface of the container.It will not bond PTFE, nylon, polypropylene etc.9 months from date of manufacturing. It comes without warranty as storage condition can affect the shelf life.

Uses:

Applications:

• Screw on the nozzle supplied and cut to an angle of approximately 45°, to an opening slightly larger than the gap to be filled.

• Extrude the sealant in to the joint, filling the cavity completely.
• Tool sealant with a wetted spatula and remove protective tape before

It further exhibits good weather resistance and workability for glazing. Properties WACKER® GN - GENERAL NEUTRAL transp. cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to give a permanent flexible silicone rubber.
Application - Sealant for internal connection and expansion joints - Suitable for fenestration and glazing applications Adhesion WACKER® GN - GENERAL NEUTRAL transp. exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to most non-porous siliceous materials (e.g. glass, tiles, ceramics, enamel, glazed tiles); metals (e.g. aluminum, steel, zinc or copper); impregnated, varnished or painted wood; and some plastics. Users must carry out own tests due to the great variety of substrates. The adhesion can be improved in many cases by pretreatment of the substrate with a primer. Processing The substrate areas that will be in contact with the sealant must be clean, dry and free of all loose material such as dust, dirt, rust, oil and other contaminants. Non-porous substrates should be cleaned with a solvent and clean, lint-free, cotton cloth. Remove residual solvent before it evaporates with a fresh clean, dry cloth. For application from cartridges cut thread open, fix nozzle on top and cut to required bead size. The sealant can be applied in beads or layers. It requires moisture in order to cure. The curing time can take longer at lower temperatures, lower humidity or by low volume of air exchange

Uses:

Application:

Under pressure it flflows readily from itscontainer. The paste-like consistency makes it easy to work; a spatula or wooden paddle can be used for tooling the surface. The cure progresses inward from the surface. At conditions of at least 72°F (22°C) and 50 percent relative humidity, the sealant forms a tack-free skin in 30 minutes. Tooling is not practical after this skin forming begins and should be completed within 5-10 minutes of application, even though this may require alternate periods of applying and tooling.
