ADHESIVE PROPERTIES • Appearance : Clear Colourless Liquid • Chemical Composition : Cyanoacrylate based FIELDS OF APPLICATION • It is used to fill knots, holes and cracks in wood. • It is also used as a quick fix for general purpose woodworking furniture. APPLICATION METHODS • Put the desired quantity of saw dust in the hole of wood and then apply drops of Fevicol Woodfill sufficient enough to wet the saw dust. Wait for 5-10 seconds. Can sand immediately. Can stain and polish once the sanding surface become cool and well finished. PRODUCT ADVANTAGES • Fast productivity due to fast setting • Excellent bonding • Enhance finishing compared to White Glue • Easy applicability PRODUCT GUIDELINES Storage • Store in cool and dark shaded place, away from sunlight. VETRA INSTANT ADHESIVEVetra is a single component high strength instant adhesive, used in industries like auto assembly shops,electronic goods repairer/ manufacturer, auto mechanics & in home for general bonding applications. It bondsinstantly to most plastics, rubber, ceramic, metal like non porous substrates & porous substrates like wood,leather etc. It will not bond PTFE, nylon, polypropylene etc.Vetra is available in three viscosities low, medium & Gel developed specially for porous and non poroussubstrate bonding. It bonds skin immediately so avoid contact of skin or other parts of body. In case of skinbonding do not pull apart or try to remove by rubbing use hot water or nail polish remover and remove adhesivegently. Method of use Substrates must be totally free from acidic impurities or else the cyanoacrylate adhesive will not cure instantaneously. Only a very small quantity of adhesive is to be applied to achieve fastest cure and higher bond strength. Since the curing mechanism is initiated by moisture present in the atmosphere, the humidity will play a vital role during curing. Optimum bonding conditions are achieved when the relative humidity is between 40% and 60%. Method of use Substrates must be totally free from acidic impurities or else the cyanoacrylate adhesive will not cure instantaneously. Only a very small quantity of adhesive is to be applied to achieve fastest cure and higher bond strength. Since the curing mechanism is initiated by moisture present in the atmosphere, the humidity will play a vital role during curing. Optimum bonding conditions are achieved when the relative humidity is between 40% and 60%. INSTURCTIONS FOR USE : For best results degrease / abrade and make sure the
surface is clean and free from dirt, dust and contamination. Apply a thin film or drop to
one surface only and bring both parts together holding firmly for a few seconds until the
parts achieve handling strength.

condition , away from direct sunlight in sealed container. Refrigeration to 5 oC gives
optimum storage stability.
HEALTH & SAFETY : FEVIKWIK 495 being a cyanoacrylate adhesive bonds skin in
seconds. If accidental skin bonding occurs, wash with warm soap water and slowly pry
skin apart. In case of eye contact, flush with water and seek immediate medical
treatment. Accumulation of fumes in the working area should be avoided by providing
