The Primer shall be applied by abrush in a thin coat. For obtaining a cleanand neat finish, masking tape shall beapplied on both the edges of the jointsbefore applying the primer.
The backer rod provides resistance tosealant tooling pressure and help to attainproper wetting of substrate when thesealant is being tooled.
