FEVICOL RELAM FEVICOL RELAM is a single component advanced adhesive that is specifically designed for bonding Paper Laminate to Paper Laminate. This system does not contain volatile matter such as solvent or water and hence there is 100% adhesive available for the bonding. Beside the Laminate to Paper laminate; It is also suitable for various applications such as WPC/PVC board to Veneer, WPC/PVC Board to Plywood. Min. 95 % 4 Density (Uncured) @25°C 1.4 to 1.6 & 50 - 60 % RH 5 % Moisture content Max 0.5 % PRODUCT FEATURES: • Excellent Grab Properties which allow to work without Masking tape • Thick and Non-sagging nature helps in vertical applications • Excellent normal and boiling water resistance • Resistant to high heat • In Single side application, Thick Glue transfers to both the surface and provides uniform strong bond. • Sufficient time for realign / repositioning • Easy to use and apply • Provides strong and durable bond APPLICATION AREA Paper Laminate to Paper Laminate GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: A) Substrate Surface Preparation • Surfaces to be bonded should be free from oil, grease, dust and dirt and should be dry and properly levelled. On Laminate to Laminate Application - Sand the Old laminate surface by putting narrow Scratches on the surface of old laminated board by using laminate cutter at every ½ inch distance horizontally and vertically. - Remove all dust & clean laminate surface with clean cloth
